Count Your Blessings
“Let all that I am praise the Lord; may I never forget the good things he does for me.” (Psalms 103:2, NLT)
It’s easy to get swept up in the noise of daily life — the deadlines, the disappointments, the endless to-do lists — and forget just how much good is already sitting right in front of us. This verse is a gentle nudge to pause and remember. Not just the big miracles, but the quiet ones too: the roof over your head, the friend who checked in on you, the answered prayer you almost overlooked. Gratitude isn’t about pretending life is perfect. It’s about training your heart to notice God’s fingerprints in the middle of the mess.
So today, take a moment to count your blessings — literally. Grab a notebook, your phone, or even a napkin, and write down three good things God has done for you this week. Then share one with someone else; encouragement multiplies when it’s spoken out loud. What’s one blessing you don’t want to forget today? Drop it in the comments and let’s celebrate the good things together. 💛
