Our Joy Is Coming in the Morning!
In times of darkness and despair, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and lost. Yet, there’s a profound promise found in Scripture that reminds us: our joy is coming in the morning. As Psalm 30:5 beautifully states, “Weeping may last for the night, but joy comes in the morning.” This verse provides a beacon of hope, assuring us that no night, no matter how dark, lasts forever.

Consider the greatest contrast in history—the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. In John 16:20, Jesus says, “Very truly I tell you, you will weep and mourn while the world rejoices. You will grieve, but your grief will turn to joy.” Here, He acknowledges our pain but promises a transformation of that sorrow into joy.
On the cross, Jesus bore the weight of our sins, facing death so that we might have life. His crucifixion was indeed the night of our greatest grief. But the story doesn’t end there. On the third day, He rose from the dead, conquering the grave and paving the way for our joy to flourish.
Today, whatever burdens you carry, remember that they are temporary. Like Jesus, we may endure hardship, but the promise of resurrection and renewal awaits us. Let us hold onto that truth—our joy is just around the corner, waiting to break through the dawn.
As you reflect on this, let your heart be filled with hope, and share this message with others who might need encouragement. Together, we can spread the light of joy that follows every dark night.
